What a Whole-Home Repaint Includes

This is the full reset, not a patchwork of room jobs. When we quote your house, the number covers the entire interior:

• Every room — bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, hallways, laundry, and closets, on one schedule.
• Full prep — nail holes and drywall dings patched, texture blended, cracks caulked, and surfaces cleaned before any paint goes on.
• Walls, ceilings, trim, and doors — including the two-story foyers and high ceilings common in Seven Hills and MacDonald Ranch homes.
• Two coats on every color change — we paint color changes with two coats of Sherwin-Williams paint so the old color never ghosts through.
• Furniture protection and daily reset — floors and furniture covered, and each room put back together before the crew moves on.

One Crew, Start to Finish

The same crew works your house from the first drop cloth to the final walkthrough. That matters more than it sounds: by the second day, the crew knows your home's wall texture, how your trim takes paint, and where the light is unforgiving. Rotating crews re-learn that on every visit — and it shows up as inconsistency between rooms. One crew is how the finish in the last bedroom matches the finish in the first.

The Room-Sequencing Plan

Most homeowners stay in the house during a whole-home repaint, and the sequencing plan is what makes that livable. Before work starts, you get a day-by-day map of the project:

1. Bedrooms staged in pairs

   We never take all the bedrooms offline at once — you always have a finished, aired-out room to sleep in that night.

2. Kitchen and baths kept usable

   Kitchens and bathrooms are scheduled in short windows so the household keeps functioning, with cabinets and counters masked and back in service the same day.

3. Living areas and hallways last

   The connective spaces — where every sightline meets — are painted at the end, so the color flow across the whole house is verified in one pass.

4. Final whole-house walkthrough

   We walk every room with you under daylight and evening light before we call the job done.

We price the whole house as one number after a single walkthrough. No per-room line items, no add-ons appearing mid-project. The quote you approve is the price you pay for the finished house.
