Painting Whole Homes in Cadence

Cadence is the 2,200-acre master-planned community rising in east Henderson off Lake Mead Parkway, a short drive from the Water Street District, with new phases still being built out. The whole-home projects we do here look nothing like our Green Valley work: instead of stripping decades of paint history, we're usually replacing the builder's single thin coat of flat, contractor-grade white — a finish that scuffs at a touch, can't be wiped clean, and was never meant to be permanent.

Because so many Cadence floor plans are open-concept — great room, kitchen, and dining flowing into one volume, often with a loft overlooking it — there are very few natural places for a color to stop. That's precisely the situation our color flow planning exists for: deciding deliberately where the field color runs, where it breaks, and how the upstairs relates to the main level, so the finished house reads as designed rather than defaulted.

Many of our Cadence clients are first- and second-year owners personalizing a brand-new house. Doing the entire interior at once, before the home fills up with furniture and routine, is the cheapest and least disruptive this project will ever be — and it's one flat quote for the whole thing.

What Every Cadence Project Includes

  • Full-interior prep — patching, texture blending, and caulking in every room
  • A color flow plan for the whole house before painting starts
  • A day-by-day room-sequencing schedule so you can live at home during the work
  • One crew start to finish, and one flat quote for the entire interior
